  •     Where do I find pricing and availability for the part I am looking for? 

       You can find a full range of important part information including price, availability, minimum order quantities, estimated shipping date and more when you request for inventory list.

 

  •     A product price has changed since last week, can you honor the same price as before?

       HOPTONE refreshes inventory levels as often as every week. The quote you have received may no longer be up to date if you delay your purchase. If you have critical needs, it is suggested that you make your purchases immediately.

 

  •    Can I order less than the MOQ stated?

        Though we strive to have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 1000 available, that is not achievable with the wide variety of inventory we offer. As such, we are not currently able to accept requested deviations from the listed MOQ at this time.

 

  •    Can you verify that the quantity available on inventory list is actually in stock?

        Any inventory list presented by HOPTONE is readily available in our storage, HOPTONE can arrange a video call between our representative and any buyer as proof of inventory.

 

  •    What does it mean if the part is backordered?

       Demand for certain products can lead them to be temporarily out of stock. However, select products are available to ship when they become available again.

 

  •   Where does this part ship from?

       All shipment are done from Belgium.

 

  •   What is your Warranty terms?

      All products supplied by HOPTONE comes with 90 days warrranty, any item found defected during this warranty period will be swapped with all expenses convered us.
